Mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch sehr privat und sehr ruhig. Toller Zugang zum Meer in drei Minuten erreichbar. Schöne Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Besonders der Hof der Hauses ist wunderschön.

Marin und Matilda sind ausgesprochen herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief stets reibungslos und äußerst angenehm. Das Haus selbst ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage: mitten in der Altstadt, gleichzeitig jedoch angenehm ruhig und fernab vom touristischen Trubel. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten – kaum zwei Minuten – erreichbar. Eine Unterkunft mit dieser Ausstattung und in dieser einzigartigen Lage auf Rab zu finden, dürfte kaum möglich sein. Für uns steht fest: Auf Rab würden wir keine andere Unterkunft mehr wählen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

The apartment is perfect for a truly relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment itself is beautiful and we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.It’s hard to put into words the feeling of being right in the heart of the city, yet surrounded by peace and the charm of a wonderfully maintained house and its lovely environment. It was a truly special experience — one that we will remember for a long time.

We loved staying in Marin's beautiful house. It is in the heart of the old town and so convenient for bars, restaurants, swimming and the lovely traditional lanes. We were amazed how peaceful and quiet the property was considering it's central location. The garden, with hot tub, was very relaxing. Marin and Matilda were very helpful and friendly, meeting us from the Rab ferry and showing us around their lovely property. Recommended.

This place was truly one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. Right in the heart of Old Town in Rab, we had our own peaceful oasis. The apartment itself is beautiful, with amazing outdoor space included hammocks, loungers, a hot tub, and outdoor shower! We ate breakfast every morning outside and enjoyed snacks and wine on the balcony our at the table in the evening.The two bedrooms are great (one with a king bed and one thats had two smaller beds). The furniture was extremely comfortable, 1000x better than a typical airbnb ikea set! Everything is new and clean, and the place really felt like home for our entire stay.The apartment is located on a small pedestrian only road in old town which, while very private, also allowed us to immediately walk to great restaurants, the town beach, and attractionsMarin and Matilde are incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly, which made our stay even better as we often had small questions about beaches, restaurants, or ferries.

This house is even more lovely than the description. It is gorgeous! The location is hidden away in the middle of the old town of Rab but so quiet and private.The courtyard garden is heavenly. They have put so much thought into the house, it is quite lovely. We were two adults and two teenagers and there was lots of room for us all. Marin and Matilda were so helpful and kind throughout our stay. They picked us up from the ferry on arrival and helped us with our bags to the house. They gave us lots of lovely restaurant suggestions and helped us with ideas where to explore as we hired a boat for a few days. We highly recommend this property and these kind, lovely hosts.

Marin and Mathilda are extremely nice and good hearted people which for us means more than anything. They were always responsive, helped us with luggage, gave us good recommendations for exploring the area and restaurants, provided us with fruit and drinks on arrival. They have invested a huge labor of love and made the place truly attractive and beautiful, even magical, as all the Mediterranean plants and vines made it truly a unique and charming atmosphere. We would definitely stay again. 🙏❤️

Das war ein Urlaub, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Das wunderschöne Haus, die Bilder lügen nicht, liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Rab und ist trotz der Lage sehr ruhig und privat. Das Auto blieb den ganzen Aufenthalt stehen, da man alles fußläufig erreicht. Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt auf der Insel, aber diese Unterkunft toppt alles Bisherige. Marin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von Wein und Früchten, letztere wurden während eines Housekeeping’s sogar nochmal aufgefüllt. Einfach ein perfekter Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus!!Wir werden uns wiedersehen 😉

Rector's Villa - 4 people (2 couples) Sept25 ☺ Location for us was perfect. A few minutes walk to the sea front/promenade where we enjoyed morning swims, afternoon snorkeling and watching the sunset in the evening with a few drinks too. Shopping and eating out all within close proximity. Hosts were really friendly and helpful and helped with baggage transfer from car to the house plus arranged for car park permit (no cars in Rab Old Town - car park approx 10/15 mins walk away) The house was very very comfortable and clean with fresh linen and very comfy beds too plus we had a small welcome gift of wine and fruit. Marin was always available for us but this was our second visit to Rab and we had a good feeling for the things we wanted to do. We visited a couple of lovely restaurants but we did plenty of home cooking too and arranged our own packed lunches for day trips out The Jacuzzi was a treat for when we got back and the hammock and outdoor seating was very relaxing and peaceful. If you wanted to you could sit on the upstairs terrace for some sunshine but we preferred the seafront promenade and getting out to Lopar and also finding other nice quiet beaches. We would love to come back and would recommend to our friends and family too

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage ☺Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, mit ganz viele Liebe eingerichtet und befindet sich mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Rab. Wir würden sehr nett von den Besitzern empfangen, die uns sogar noch mit dem Gepäck behilflich waren. Auch eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit steht in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen 😊

Exceptional ☺ Everything is to like here. Very nice house with amazing garden. Everything was very clean and the owner was realy nice and helpful with everything. You also get a parking ticket for full stay free of charge. A welcome vine, fruit, sparkling water and juice was a really nice touch. We will be comming back.

Realita bola ešte lepšia ako sme očakávali a o rok sme tam určite opäť. ☺Ostrov Rab je nádherný, bola som tam už viackrát, ale ešte nikdy to nebolo také skvelé ako tentokrát. Ubytovanie bolo úžasné, raj na zemi. Domáci je úžasný, veľmi ústretový človek, vlastne obaja s manželkou. Vila je prekrásna, štýlová, čistucká a veľmi dobre vybavená. Odnášame si krásne pocity a spomienky.

Paradiesisch ☺Das Haus ist in der Altstadt gelegen, mit einem hübschen kleinen Garten, in dem man an verschiedenen Stellen sitzen kann. Es ist sehr, sehr ruhig! Nur gegen Mittag sind die Stimmen der kroatischen Nachbarn zu hören. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Bilder auf beiden Etagen und noch eine Dusche mit dem Garten. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, und haben uns jedes mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und in ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und effizient. So hatten wir am zweiten Tag einen Kurzschluss im ganzen Haus. Nach einem Anruf in Zagreb bei den Vermietern stand 5 Minuten später ein Nachbar vor der Tür, Der mithilfe der telefonischen Anweisung des Hausherrn Aussage innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Beleuchtung vorläufig wiederherstellte. Am nächsten Mittag kam ein Elektriker vorbei, der ebenfalls nach den telefonischen Anweisungen aus Zagreb auch den Rest der Beleuchtung in Ordnung brachte. ☹Nichts.

Exceptional ☺ The villa is lovely with lots of thoughts going into it and very private atmosphere. The owners were great, thoughtful and always ready to provide help when needed. Definitely will come back to enjoy this gem in the middle of Rab again. ☹ Only minor inconvenience is that parking is only available in public places in walking distance to the villa. Parking card is provided, only sometimes can be hard to find free spot.

Gerne einmal wieder ☺Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt mit einem Wunder hübschen kleinen Garten, sehr gepflegt, gut zum sitzen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt Das Erdgeschoss mit einem grossen S – und Wohnbereich. Zwei Schlafräume befinden sich im ersten Stock. Es gibt hier ein Bad oben und unten, außerdem eine Außen Dusche. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alle Gerätschaften sind vorhanden. Wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht, hätten das aber ohne Probleme tun können. Das Meer ist nicht weit, es ist leicht und in circa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, es ist ihnen gelungen, uns bei allen Wünschen weiter zu helfen. Oh haben sie uns mit mit Tipps für Restaurants und so weiter. Versorgt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns im Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt, selbst als das Wetter manchmal zu wünschen übrig ließ. ☹Nichts.
